Two parts New York lawyer, one part Colombian gentleman, and two dashes of Italian mafioso, Simon Ciccarillo is a one-of-a-kind man of another time. His speakeasy is a classy respite with an exciting air of danger just around the corner. To design this logo and menu, Christian partnered with Jordan Hicks, a master mixologist, and Simon Ciccarillo himself. After getting to know Simon, Christian used his "YBAW" (Yet, But, And, With) method to discover that he is:
